Do you work 7 days a week in the military?
Soldiers work as much as necessary to accomplish their unit’s mission. When deployed, they can be on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shifts are organized to allow sufficient time for rest, hygiene, meals, and even exercise, but they are “on duty” all the time.
